Crandall Fitness Warranty Policy

All Olympic, Deadlift and Power Barbells are covered for LIFE from permanently bending or breaking due to normal use. Wear and tear from normal use is not covered.

The rubber coated plates, bumpers and dumbbells have a 1 year warranty from any manufacturer defects. Cosmetic damage from use is NOT covered.

Cables, Guide Rods, Sealed Roller Bearings 3 Year Warranty*

Upholstery and Grips 90 Day Warranty* normal wear and tear from use is not covered.

Any Returned items that are NOT due to a manufacturer's defect will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well being responsible for any return shipping if needed.

Any items found to have manufacturer defects will be handled on a case by case basis, but will 100% be taken care of without issue by Crandall Fitness Customer Service.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES  * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a Crandall Fitness product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

CRANDALL FITNESS MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY IN USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.
